EXTRA PROVINCIAL REGISTRATIONS

Subject to subsection (2) and (3) of Section 279 of the Business Corporations Act (BCA), every extra-provincial profit/non-profit corporation must be registered before or within 30 days after it commences carrying on business in Alberta.
